We all come to have a good idea at some point, this can arise by chance, as the result of a”brainstorming”or of a long process of analysis.
But why then we feel that good ideas are scarce … what happens is that not everyone is willing to make the great effort required to translate an idea into a real project.

To realize an idea to keep in mind there are several steps that make a start, how to make a business plan investments and quantifying costs, form a team, raising capital, to see that our project does not go against the regulations. Basically we can name 6 steps to help us make our vision a reality:

1. Discover the opportunity: no need to invent something new, but be alert to new opportunities that may arise. Many times we can take an idea or existing product, and from these develop an innovation or added value, complementing or differentiated. You can also find a different way of doing something that already exists, or has not developed properly.

2. “Polish” the idea: sometimes the ideas are a diamond in the rough, and need to polish them and see if you can actually take place, if it is profitable and meets a specific need.

3. Cost and Revenue, as a first step we must analyze what the cost of the project, which will help us determine what is the capital we need to take out and time in which to recover the investment. It is also important to identify what our costs and revenues to project the possible profits.

4. Establish strategies: the process by which we define the action plan. We define each of the instances to chart the future of the business.

5. Defining the Business Plan: to achieve the stated objectives is very important to establish what will be the next steps. The business plan helps to guide us where we are going, and is an essential tool to present our project partners, investors or customers.

6. Evaluation and Control in addition to carrying out a project and get it going, it is important to constantly evaluate as the project develops to make changes or adjustments, and identify the right time to retire. At the same time helps us to perform an analysis of mistakes and not commit in the future.
