Meanwhile, there are at least 11 (eleven) particularism values that must also be built in a judicial institution, namely: equality before the law (equality before the law), justice (fairness), unbiased (impartiality), independence in making decisions (independence of decision-making), skills (competence), honesty (integrity), openness (transparency), accessibility (accessibility), accountability (accountability), timeliness (timeliness), and certainty (certainty).
